Six steps, start to finish

Designed to put as little on your plate as possible. Most of the work happens on our side or the students' side.

Use the Design Tool
Choose your garment (Hoodie or Quarter Zip), colour, decoration method, and back layout. Upload artwork or work with us. Students can also use the Design Lab.

Request a quote
Once the design is finalised, submit your design details and contact info. No payment at this stage — we review everything and come back to you to confirm artwork and add-ons.

We create your order and send the links
We set your order up and generate two unique URLs — a Student Submission link and a Teacher Dashboard link — which we send to you. You can use a TryBooking form to collect student payment directly, or send students our URL to submit their details.

Students
Students submit their details
Students try on the sample size pack on campus to confirm their fit, then submit their details and size via your TryBooking link (with payment) or via our student URL.

Review and approve submissions
Log into your Teacher Dashboard, review each submission, and confirm the final order.

We go to production and print. Jumpers arrive boxed by Homeroom for easy distribution. You nominate your preferred delivery date within the window we provide. Optional replacements available with an 8 week lead time.

Things teachers ask

How do students know their size?
We send a sample size pack to your campus before the submission deadline. Students try on the samples and select their size when they submit online.
When do we pay?
Payment is collected after you approve all student submissions, before we go to production. We invoice the school directly.
Can we use our own artwork?
Yes. Upload artwork directly in the Design Tool. PNG with transparent background at 300dpi+ preferred. You can also specify a preferred font for the back text.
What's the difference between Hoodie and Quarter Zip?
The Hoodie is 100% cotton heavyweight with a full hood and front pocket. The Quarter Zip is 85% cotton / 15% poly with a zip collar. Both come in the same four colours.
What if a student needs a replacement?
Replacements are available after delivery with an 8 week production lead time. Contact accounts@colourplaneblanks.world to arrange.
When will the jumpers arrive?
We provide a delivery window closer to your nominated term date. You then nominate your preferred delivery date within that window.
What's the minimum order?
100 units. Most year groups easily exceed this — if you're unsure, get in touch and we'll advise.
